Miki Vayloyan joined LexisNexis, a leading global provider of content and technology solutions, in 2013 as a Sales Manager for the Swiss and Liechtenstein market.
With her passion to demonstrate the numerous possibilities of identifying business opportunities, she started a new role as Business Development Manager for Media Intelligence in 2014 and extended her territory in 2015 to the DACH region.
Her consulting work focuses primarily on Digital Media and Data Intelligence.”

Juliane Caroline Schulz, Treasurer
"I want our organization to provide a networking platform for individuals who are seeking support of a community and opportunities for knowledge transfer and ethical guidance."
Juliane joined the Board of Directors of swissintell.org (former SCIA) in 2014.
While working on her PhD in Systems Biology at ETH Zurich, she found an inspiring community at swissintell.org, leading to her first professional engagement with a competitive intelligence agency.
After consulting life science companies for two years, she recently joined a pharmaceutical company to focus on medical information.

Alain Mermoud, Director

Alain became a member of the Board of Directors of swissintell.org in 2013, and co-founded the French-speaking section: ASVIE - Association Suisse en Veille Stratégique et Intelligence Economique in 2015.
He is also Managing Director and co-founder of swiss-intelligence.info.
Alain is a results oriented professional with extensive experiences of management consulting, competitive intelligence, and information assurance for the financial industry.
During his career he gained wide exposure to multi-disciplinary teams, including intelligence services, critical infrastructures operators and academia.
Today, he is a FinTech early-stage investor / advisor with focus on Big Data, blockchain and cyber security startups.
Alain is currently a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Business and Economics of Lausanne (HEC Lausanne) and scientific collaborator at the Military Academy at ETH Zurich.

Mario Michel, Director
“I want our association to be the first address for corporations seeking support for the design and implementation of a Competitive Intelligence program."
Mario joined the association in 2013 and became member of the BoD in 2016.
He got a Master Degree in Political Sciences/International Relations and completed a MAS in Economic Crime Investigation as well as several CAS in Risk Management and Business Intelligence.
Mario has been working as a Risk Management professional for more than 20 years, focusing first on credit, political and country risks and then on operational, legal and strategic risks, including compliance, fraud and security risk, as well as emergency and business continuity management. Presently he advises SMEs as well as MNEs on how to minimize the risks they are exposed to.

Richard Lemaire, Director

Richard recently joined swissintell.org and its board. He is enthusiastic at sharing its wide international experience during which he has been exposed to and immersed in very different cultures. Thus, during his experiences, he sometimes passively used or actively needed Competitive Intelligence services.
Now GM of Aprobase, a 25 years experienced company, he promotes strategic intelligence awareness and relevancy.
Richard believes that Competitive Intelligence should not be on the too long list of battered word. There are many complementary ways of conducting and managing competitive intelligence, but regardless the chosen tool (or tools), comprehensiveness and relevancy remain the key parameters of its efficiency.

Christopher Cordey is the CEO of Futuratinow, a Geneva (Switzerland) based advisory offering Foresight, Strategy and Capacity Building services to private and public organizations.

As a strategic foresight advisor Christopher helps C-level executive from the public and private sectors to unlock, anticipate, design and influence the future. He teaches to MBA & DBA students and senior executives in Switzerland and at the International Management Institute in Kiev, Ukraine. He is the founder of Yonders, the transmute tank, member of the World Future Society (WFS) and the Association of Professional Futurists (APF) and board member of the Lifeboat Foundation’ futurists board.
His interests and research focuses on Switzerland 2030, Asia-Pacific’s future, Blockchain Technology, DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization), ChIndiAfrica, Singularity and Cybersecurity.
